The Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in San Marino houses more than 1,000 works of modern and contemporary art owned by the State, arranged across 4 thematic areas, each exploring a different historical period. The section devoted to the 20th century is particularly extensive, with parts dedicated to the San Marino Biennials and to works by Maurizio Cattelan and Enzo Cucchi. The Galleria also hosts artists such as Emilio Vedova and Renato Guttuso.
The Galleria is housed in the Loggia dei Volontari, an attractive 1930s building refurbished in the second half of the 1950s specifically to house this museum.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
