Rocca delle Fiabe

The world of fairy tales, its settings and characters, told through four themed routes, in the evocative setting of the Rocca Fregoso castle.

Rocca Delle Fiabe is the museum dedicated to fairy tales, housed in the rooms of Rocca Fregoso in Sant'Agata Feltria. The museum aims to introduce visitors to the world of fairy tales, showing their underlying rules, narrative structures, examples and themes explored in other parts of the world.
The exhibition is laid out along four routes: Scarpe, scarpine, scarpette (the reconstruction of a ballroom); Viaggiatore incantato (dedicated to travel stories, from The Little Prince to Peter Pan), Solitario castellano (on monarchs and holders of power), Fanciulli nella foresta (inspired by fairy tales set in the woods).

Good to know

  • Much of the exhibition uses technological aids: video projections, a touchscreen consultation table and a virtual library.
  • The museum also includes the "Nido della Narrazione", a place to stop and listen to a fairy tale, a rest and refreshment area, and a bookshop.

Accessibility statement

Romagna.net should be usable by anyone, with any tool: keyboard, screen reader, magnification, phone. This page says where we actually stand, without rounding up.

Conformance status

The site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Conformance is partial: the checks made so far cover the code and the colours, and they do not replace testing with people who rely on assistive technology. Known limits are listed below.

How this statement was prepared

Self-assessment by the people who build the site, last updated on 1 September 2026. This is not the statement that the Italian AgID guidelines require of public bodies, which Romagna.net is not: it is a commitment we make anyway.
