Santarcangelo Festival

Santarcangelo Festival is one of the longest-running and most original theatre festivals on the European arts scene. Theatre, performing arts and dance: everything to do with contemporary artistic expression passes through Santarcangelo. The first edition dates back to 1971, and the close relationship with the town and its squares has remained unchanged ever since. All the shows, in fact, take place outdoors, and many performances are staged thanks to the collaboration of the people of Santarcangelo. The festival takes place in July and generally lasts about ten days.
